Hi, my name is Betty. Ten years ago, I got operations on both of my knees, and about three years later, my husband died. At that point, I started having home health care workers come to my home. They helped me with showering, physical therapy exercises and other things. Through my relationships with a range of care workers and several different home care companies, I have learned a lot. I like to keep my mind sharp so decided to start a blog. This blog has ideas for consumers as well as for professionals in the industry. If you want to see things from my perspective, take a look at these posts.
